Centre Parcs is a very large organisation and as a large structure within the organisation also the members involved to make up the structure work to build a successful operation of Centre Parcs/ Aqua Sauna. Including things like health and safety such as fire exits and first aid and communication with the staff.
You have clearly researched your organisation structure, and show a good understanding of how the management is organised, aqua sauna shows great structure of management, with three main general managers a site manager and national operations manager. Having a general manager for each department gives employees a closer relationship to their department’s leader.
